Welcome to your comfortable 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom ranch home, perfectly located for easy access to the Beltline, Ponce City Market, and many major Downtown Attractions. The Atlanta Airport (ATL) is a quick 20-minute drive during non-rush hours, making arrivals and departures stress-free.

This private residence is fully equipped for your stay, featuring a full kitchen, two tranquil bedrooms (each with a queen bed and TV), and two full bathrooms. Relax on the front or back patio after a day of exploring.

Guest Access & Parking
You will have private access to the entire home. Parking is provided in the driveway on the left side. Please note cars will park in a row and the driveway will allow for 2 to 3 cars.

Important House Rules & Information

*Pet Policy: We are NOT pet friendly!
*Booking Requirements: Travelers must be 25 years or older to book. Guests with no prior reviews are required to send a copy of their government-issued photo ID upon confirmation. A Rental Agreement must be signed upon booking.
*No Smoking/Drugs: No smoking of any kind (vaping, cannabis, tobacco, etc.) is allowed inside the home. A $250 penalty will be assessed if evidence is found. The use of recreational drugs is strictly prohibited.
*Occupancy & Events: The number of guests cannot exceed those listed in your reservation. Unapproved guests incur a $50 fee per person or may result in immediate cancellation without refund. Parties/events require advanced approval.
*Check-out: Check-out is strictly 11 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs are subject to a $50 fee.
*Damages: Renters agree to cover charges for damages or necessary extra-cleaning costs.
*Shipments: Do not use the property address for any type of package shipment.
*Furniture: Please avoid moving the furniture.
