FEES AND PAYMENT

What is your application fee?
ARG requires a non-refundable application fee of $100 per adult applicant.

When is the first month's rent due?
The first month's rent is due four days before the executed contract date.

How do I pay rent?

How do I apply?

PETS, ROOMMATES, AND MOVING

I want to get a pet. What do I do?
Contact our team to discuss your pet and our pet policy. Requirements and additional fees may apply depending on the property.

I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?
Reach out to us to discuss your roommate situation. We can help clarify lease terms and what happens when a co-tenant wants to leave.

My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
Provide notice according to your lease terms, typically 30 to 60 days before your move-out date. Contact us to arrange a final walkthrough and return your keys.

MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS

Who is responsible for paying for repairs and maintenance requests?
This depends on the type of repair. ARG and the property owner typically cover structural repairs and major systems. Tenants are usually responsible for minor maintenance and damage caused by misuse. Check your lease for specific details, and contact us with any maintenance concerns.
