This private residence is fully equipped for your stay, featuring a full kitchen, three tranquil bedrooms (each with a queen bed and TV), two full bathrooms, and in-unit laundry. Relax on the front or back patio after a day of exploring.

You will have private access to the entire home. Parking is provided with one space in the garage and one in the driveway.

Important House Rules & Information

*Pet Policy: We are pet friendly! The limit is two animals, each weighing no more than 50 pounds. A $100 pet fee applies.
*Booking Requirements: Travelers must be 25 years or older to book. Guests with no prior reviews are required to send a copy of their government-issued photo ID upon confirmation. A Rental Agreement must be signed upon booking.
*No Smoking/Drugs: No smoking of any kind (vaping, cannabis, tobacco, etc.) is allowed inside the home. A $250 penalty will be assessed if evidence is found. The use of recreational drugs is strictly prohibited.
*Occupancy & Events: The number of guests cannot exceed those listed in your reservation. Unapproved guests incur a $50 fee per person or may result in immediate cancellation without refund. Parties/events require advanced approval.
*Check-out: Check-out is strictly 11 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs are subject to a $50 fee.
*Damages: Renters agree to cover charges for damages or necessary extra-cleaning costs.
*Shipments: Do not use the property address for any type of package shipment.
*Furniture: Please avoid moving the furniture.
